Order Cancellation policy
Products can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase with their original receipt and tags. Please fill in the exchange form provided in your order or contact us at customercaredoodle@gmail.com. Please ship the articles to be exchanged within 15 days of receiving them. No requests will be entertained after that time.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles at their own expense.
We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, all other claims (defected product) as approved by the company will be processed within 15 working days. Once the claim is accepted, you will be allowed to select any other article of equal value from the website.
You may request for cancellation of your order at any time before the order is processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email followed by an SMS, with a tracking number so that you can track your order.
Once a product has shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply.
International: Currently, no returns or exchanges for international orders are being offered.
